Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bidders are required to submit electronically a complete Bid package, including but not limited to the Excel version of Schedule of Values. Bidders shall acknowledge in writing any and all bid addendums and must provide the number of calendar days within each scope of work to be completed on the Excel Version of the Schedule of Values. Please complete your schedule of values as provided and list proposed alternates or VE items in the "alternates" sections for each respective scope. Bid packages will consist of Wet Utilities only. All Bids are lump sum with unit pricing. Bidders are responsible for review of contract and bidding documents before submitting a bid. Scope of Work: Westpark Phase 2.2 Parcel 7N - 77 SFR Lots Sewer Water Storm Drain Complete, furnish, and install all parcel improvements as listed above per City of Buckeye approved plans. William Ryan Homes Arizona may award multiple scopes to a single apparent low bidder. Contractors agree to mobilize in mid to late April for the Wet Utility install. Each Bid on formal company letterhead must be accompanied by (1) Certificate of Insurance, evidencing the contractors ability to meet the insurance requirements for this project, (2) Bid Bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount, listing William Ryan Homes Arizona, Inc. as the Obligee, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the Payment, Performance, and Warranty Bonds required in the amount of 100% of the original contract value for the duration of the contract. Any bids submitted without a Bid Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be deemed incomplete and will be rejected. Bidders must reference project name in email subject line: Westpark Phase 2.2 Parcel 7N - and provide Company Name, Contact, Address, Phone, and Email Address. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed via email to Arthur Nehf, LJA Engineering. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by LJA Engineering, Inc. will be issued by Addendum in response to such questions received in writing by email. Questions received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to date of opening Bids may not be answered.
