The contractor will be required to manage and operate the water utility system include well sites and a reverse osmosis system at the SR 85 Landfill located in the City of Buckeye. This includes monitoring, sampling and reporting to maintain compliance with local, county, state and federal environmental regulations. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. All times are Phoenix local time. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for The landfill site consists of 2,652 acres of land which is currently owned by the City of Phoenix. The site is located west of SR 85 and south of Patterson Road about halfway between the City of Buckeye and Town of Gila Bend. for a three year term, with two option years commencing on or about July 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. 3.8. Liquidated Damages The Operator will pay liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for late submission of each report. These reports are time sensitive due to county, state, and federal regulations and reporting guidelines.
