Q & A Deadline: 03/14/2025 12:00 PM EDT Spartanburg County is seeking bids from vendors to perform and carry out, those services necessary to complete the lining of three (3) culverts with Snap Tite pipe liner. This project will line the entirety of the existing corrugate metal pipes with Snap Tite Liner. During construction the Contractor shall be responsible for always maintaining one open lane of travel for the traveling public. The contractor will be responsible for labor and material to install, fully grout, and stabilize all disturbed areas. This will include rip rap, seed, fertilizer, lime, and matting. Winning bidder must provide references of existing Snap Tite liner installation of greater than 54-inches in diameter with a minimum of 500-linear feet installed. Spartanburg County will provide the Snap Tite liner for each location. Location Number 1 Lat 34.915910, Lon -82.095909 108-inch CMP to be lined with 96-inch by 280-feet of Snap Tite Liner Location Number 2 Lat 34.915560, Lon -82.099653 54-inch CMP to be lined with 48-inch by 168-feet of Snap Tite Liner Location Number 3 Lat 34.913812, Lon -82.099064 66-inch CMP to be lined with 54-inch by 168-feet of Snap Tite Liner Bid Bond: Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Paper Bid Bond. As an alternative, bid bonds may also be electronically verified.
