Site work for a water / sewer project in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials except materials pre-purchased by the Owner, and all equipment and labor necessary to construct Water Transmission Improvements - 30-Inch Transmission Main - Phase 1, consisting of the following approximate quantities: +/- 4,150 LF of 30-inch DIP Waterline. +/- 2,920 LF of 30-inch RJ DIP Waterline +/- 120 LF of 12-inch RJ DIP Waterline. +/- 140 LF of 48-inch Steel Casing Installed by Jack and Bore. One (1) tie-in with existing 30-inch ductile iron water main via tapping sleeve and valve. One (1) tie-in with existing 12-inch PVC water main via cut-in tee. Materials pre-purchased by the Owner: Seven (7) butterfly valves. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. A one hundred percent (100%) payment bond and performance bond will be required. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof.
