SUMMARY OF WORK: A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Galaxy ACS Certified Technicians, Roofers, Metal Panel Installation Team, Carpenters, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, HVAC, Laborers, Lift Operators and Crane Operators construction. B. The following is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Roof replacement including insulation of low slope roofing including roof edges and reglets.
