Big Spring High School s Cellular Signal Boosting Project, 100 MountRock Road, Newville PA 17241, bid notes : Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. Bids received after the above-referenced date and time shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. Awarded contractor will supply labor and materials to install and test a cellular signal boosting system with "full building" cellular coverage at Big Spring High School. The system must be designed to boost cellular signal throughout the high school's first, second, and third floors. Exterior antennas will be mounted on the building roof, oriented toward existing cellular towers (No roof penetrations). Boosters will be mounted inside the building in the appropriate IDF closet locations, using available electric outlets. Antennas will be mounted in drop ceiling (dome antenna) and on walls (panel antenna) based on the building floor plan to ensure cellular coverage is amplified in the required areas. Cabling required for system connection will be installed, terminated, tested and label appropriately. a. Indoor Power [dBm] rating must be 75.000 or better throughout all three floors b.
