Renovation of a fire / police facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
emoval and replacement of the four roofs on the Fire Station #17, 628 Signal Mountain Rd, with an insulated TPO roof, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2018 IBC, gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and all other work and materials necessary for complete replacement of the roofing system, including a 20 year NDL warranty. Underlying repairs of the roof deck to be performed as necessary and directed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
