The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to "REPLACE APPROXIMATELY 1400 BOARD FEET OF WOOD DECKING AND 10 8X8 CAPS. FINAL MEASUREMENTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY CONTRACTOR AFTER SHOWN WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED DURING SITE VISIT. PICTURES ABOVE ARE FOR REFERENCE, NOT A FULL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW), and it is mandatory to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held before starting the work at CGC Ouachita. All work is to be completed in accordance with the SOW. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder. This is a set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and must provide representations prescribed in clause 52.236-1 in Section III of the attached contract format document to be considered.
