Separate sealed bids for furnishing all supervision, materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the construction of the following described project. Paving and Concrete Repair or Replacement Blanket Contract for Wastewater Department Interceptor Sewer System (ISS) The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: The Scope of Services included in these Specifications shall be for all labor, benefits, and any other related expenses necessary to provide the work for replacing existing pavement and sidewalks in paved streets, driveways, and parking are as where such curbing, sidewalks, and pavement has been removed for constructing sewers, manholes, water pipelines, fire hydrants, and all other water and sewer appurtenances and structures. It shall also include temporary paving, and new sidewalks and pavements where applicable for WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT projects including the Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant (MBWWTP), 455 Moccasin Bend Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37405; the pump stations, and throughout the Interceptor Sewer System. The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East11th Street, Suite G13, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee 00100- Contractor's Licensing Act.
