Sealed bids will be received for purchase and delivery of one (1) sludge tank mixer as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Water Treatment Plant located at 761 J Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402. Vendor shall provide and deliver one (1) sludge tank mixer to the Water Treatment Plant, 761 J Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. The City will install the mixer. Question Cut Off Date: 3/6/2025 04:00 PM (ET) Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into the electronic system . The City bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Supplier. Bids will be evaluated promptly after opening. After an award is made, a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a bid. Bid results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
