Reference Number 0000378165 Minimum 99.5% purity and H2O less than or equal to 6ppm. Bulk quantity delivery. PURPOSE: It is the intent of this bid to describe the Liquid Oxygen as required by the City in sufficient detail to secure offers from qualified vendors. All items not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide the specified product shall be included in the bid and shall conform in quality of product that is generally provided in the industry. Should any interested offeror find any part of the listed specifications, terms and conditions to be discrepant, incomplete, or otherwise questionable in any respect, it is the responsibility of concerned party to notify the "City Contact" identified below of such matters to obtain clarification(s). Failure to seek clarification(s) that could possibly have a negative impact on an offeror's proposal shall not be the fault of the City. Preferred method is by email so responses can be returned in writing. The term of the contract will be for one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. Barring any unforeseen delays with this solicitation process, the Office of Purchasing Services expects the purchase order to be issued to awarded vendor for year one for the term of April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Award will not exceed five (5) years. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any/all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City of Aurora.
