Site work for a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal, disposal and replacement of approximately 1 linearmile of the existing concrete, asphalt or earthen canal lining with a multi-layer geo-composite canal liner membrane and steel reinforced concrete cap. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Boise Project Board of Control as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Boise Project Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Boise Project Board of Control.
