The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Recycled Milled Asphalt (roto mill) materials that meet ACHD specifications. Vendors must ensure compliance with all applicable procurement requirements All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement maybe delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. If required by ACHD in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, the VENDOR agrees to furnish a SUPPLY BOND for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract value within twenty (20) calendar days from execution of this AGREEMENT
