The bid shall include but not limited to: Section #1 South of Building B, behind classrooms and workshop, approximately 200' lineal feet. Specifically, from Southern corner of the school property and behind classrooms to existing post. Section #2 School's South Parking Lot Corner fence between the South Parking lot and the Nature lab about 117' lineal feet and including one 4' gate. Section 3 San Ysidro Rd above the walking path, about 327' lineal feet from corner of entry automated gate down to corner of the school's property at South side. All sections will include installed grommeted black privacy mesh and metal posts for every 8' section. Posts are to be installed at a minimum depth of 2 feet underground Scope of work includes chain-link fences and gate, 8 foot Polymer Coated fence and privacy mesh. Supply all materials, labor etc. to remove existing fence and install new fence, posts, gates, fabric, hardware for complete system. This project is anticipated to start as soon as possible after a bid is accepted and completed in a prompt manner. The perimeter must be secured at all times. A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents. This is a prevailing wage project. OWNER has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract. To bid on or perform the work stated in this Notice, CONTRACTOR must possess a valid and active contractor's license of the following classification(s) C-13, or A or B No CONTRACTOR or subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of 4104 of the Public Contract Code, for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5.
