Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Altoona, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The work for the Sam Wise Youth Complex Renovation Phase 4 project includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction. The location of improvements is softball field 1, and baseball fields 1 and 7. Work includes approximately 2,017 LF of chain link fence removal and replacement including backstops and dugouts; 780 CY of skinned infield removal and replacement; removal and replacement of 6 dugouts with PCC pads; removal and storage of bleachers for reinstallation on new PCC pads; regrading of infields subbase; installation of 1,294 LF of 4-inch perforated subdrain and 338 LF of 6-inch perforated subdrain in the infields; 1 portable pitching mound; installation of automatic irrigation systems for infield wet down; and a four-year maintenance bond.
