Driftpile Gravel Pit Site Preparation - General Site Grading, Stockpiling, Site Grading and Other Works (NW 17-73-12-W5M). The scope of work for this project shall include but is not limited to the following: - Clearing and Grubbing - Site Grading - Site Clearing - Material Stockpiling Estimated Contract Start Date Apr 4, 2025 Estimated Contract End Date May 31, 2025 The bid bond accompanying the Tender, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender As part of the Tender, the Bidder shall provide a Consent of Surety stating that the Surety providing the bid bond is willing to provide the Performance and Labour and Materials Payment bonds required. All costs associated with acquiring bonding will be covered within the Bidder's bid price. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion.
