The Scope of Work consists of implementing the Proposed Stabilization Plan (Exhibit A) that outlines and details the 19 primary bid items. Respondents are encouraged to reference the structural condition survey (Exhibit D) as a supporting document. Additionally, the selected Respondent is asked to provide brush/ vegetation removal and disposal services in the backyard which is included in the Form of Bid (Exhibit B) as its own separate line item to be filled out as well. Building bracing system, debris removal (interior), basement concrete slab removal, basement concrete slab and footing installation, remove and reconstruct east wall, steel columns and beams, first floor replacement (joists, sheathing, connections, stud walls, blocking, anchorage, lintels, and accessories), seamless gutters (downspouts and splash pads included), EPDM roofing system and insulation, clay tile roofing system, OSHA guardrail assembly, door board-up, window board-up standard, window board-up nonstandard, site restoration and cleanup, building permit. Note: All reusable materials must be salvaged. Any remaining materials not designated for reuse should be set aside and stored.
