All times are local Phoenix time SCOPE OF WORK The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. This project includes rehabilitation of 111 active sanitary sewer manholes or structures located at three different sites and identified by the Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment Report, with a NASSCO Structural Condition Grade 4 or higher. Rehabilitation may include installation of corrosion coating systems, structural inserts and liner repairs in all parts of the existing manholes. There will be bypass pumping for select manholes identified and use of small diameter flow through plugs may need to be utilized to complete the work. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids Requests will only be honored if made within the first week of the advertising period.
