The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to change point of contact to Special Agent Richards, add clause 5352.201-9001 Ombudsman, and incorporate updated Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses removing provision 252.215-7010 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data. (DEVIATION 2024-O0007). Solicitation due date and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors are required to acknowledge Amendment 1 in submission of quotations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, services, and all miscellaneous requirements necessary to inspect, assess, and perform biohazard removal, sanitization and facilities remediation of Building 1602, 3rd Floor. B-Wing, on Joint Base Andrews (JBA). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable industry and conformance standards, safety regulations, laws, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3. Questions must be email to the contract specialist and contacting officer by Friday June 20, 2024. 4. Site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 10:00am EDT. The Site Visit will be located at 1602 California Ave. Ste. 327, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.
