Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construct approximately total of 10,000 LF 48-inch, 42-inch, 36-inch, 16-inch, 12-inch along Easements and Highway 3 from, Clear Lake City Water Authority Pump Station No. 3 to Nasa Bypass. A. This project is part of the Southeast Transmission Water Line (SETL), a multiyear project which will carry water produced by the planned expansion of the City's Southeast Water Purification Plant (SEWPP). The SETL is needed to replace an aged water line along Highway 3 and meet the City's and Co-participants' projected water demands. B. The Southeast Transmission Water Line (SETL) consists of replacement of the existing 42- inch transmission line from Fuqua Street/Genoa Red Bluff Road discharge line to the City of League City's Highway 3 Pump Station. The SETL is proposed as part of an agreement between the City of Houston and SETL Co-Participants located within the SEWPP service area. C. SETL Co-Participants sharing in the existing 42-inch water line are the City, Baybrook Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 1, Clear Lake City Water Authority (CLCWA), City of Friendswood, Gulf Coast Water Authority (GCWA), Harris County MUD No. 55 (HC MUD #55), City of Webster, and City of Pasadena. The City of League City is also a major stakeholder contracted with GCWA.
