Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate 285,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank No. 1 (42'O x 32'H) by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surfaces, including associate piping, and appurtenances, seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ring wall, remove and replace two (2) roof hatches, remove and replace one (1) 16-inch butterfly valve; rehabilitate 285,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank No. 2 (42'O x 32'H) by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surfaces, including associate piping, and appurtenances, seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ring wall, remove and replace two (2) roof hatches, remove and replace one (1) 16-inch butterfly valve, install ten (10) shell vents; rehabilitate 15,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1 and No. 2 by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surfaces, including associate piping, and appurtenances, apply sealant to saddles at concrete footing; Remove, dispose, and replace reference electrodes in Ground Storage Tank No. 1; Remove, dispose, and replace interior cathodic protection in Ground Storage Tank No. 2; electrical improvements; Power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean, abrasive blast and recoat booster pumps, associated piping (interior and exterior of pump building), valves, appurtenances and aboveground piping; In accordance with the plans and specifications; complete in place. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
