The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) currently has a contracting opportunity for Landscaping services with the Tulare Unit located at 1968 South Lovers Lane, Visalia, CA 93292. Only California Certified Small Businesses are eligible to submit quotes on this request. The prime Certified Small Business bidder may not subcontract out any portion of the work. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Landscaping Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, fees, and disposal to accomplish the landscape services as described in the detailed scope of work in accordance with the drawing provided in Attachment 2, Landscape Plan of the sample agreement. Please find attached a Rate Sheet, Darfur Contracting Act form (CAL FIRE-720), Payee Data Information form (STD 204), Contractor Certification Clauses form (CCC 04/2017), California Civil Rights Laws Attachment form and a Sample Agreement (STD 213). Please review the Sample Agreement (STD 213) for a detailed Scope of Work and contract requirements. The contractor will be responsible for services as described within the Sample Agreement (STD 213). The sample agreement is for information only. Please do not fill out any information within the sample agreement. This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00. If the total bid amount is under $1,000.00, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Refer to Sample Standard Agreement, for requirement details.
