Remove and replace all existing backer rods and sealant. Prepare existing concrete wall panels to receive new penetrating water repellant scaler and apply new waterproofing. Install new insulation and close off gap between the bottom of the exterior concrete perimeter wall panels and buildings is structural beams to navigate air and moisture intrusion. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
