Expansion to Centennial Park The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Three (3) new Covered Seating Pavilions, each approximately 356 sf and an approximate 400 sf Concessions addition to the existing restroom building - 240 sf heated and 160 sf covered porch. All work at Concessions Building will be slab on grade, concrete spread footing foundation with load bearing masonry walls with vertical siding and post and beam support at porch. All work at Covered Seating Pavilions will be slab on grade, concrete spread footing foundation with post and beam roof support, fixed stadium seats and electrical work. All exterior cladding components for all structures, ie, vertical siding, column wraps, soffits etc. to be vinyl material and all roofing to be asphalt shingle. Concessions addition includes gypsum board ceiling, millwork, residential appliances, rolling overhead counter door, hollow metal doors and frames, steel railing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Additionally, a portable theater system and festoon lighting is included as well as minimal site work to include extension of existing utilities, landscaping, drainage etc.
