Site work for a water / sewer project in Nichols, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A nature-based stormwater park that utilizes the entire parcel to address stormwater retention and create educational opportunities for the community on the benefits of nature-based stormwater solutions. The stormwater park should include green infrastructure concepts such as infiltration trenches, retention ponds, bioswales, rain gardens, native plantings/vegetation or other appropriate stormwater improvements. Pervious walking paths and parking. Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Performance and labor & material payment bonds: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing via email no later than 3:00 PM, on Thursday July 19, 2023. Questions should be emailed to MIT_Infrastructure@scor.sc.gov. All submitted questions will be addressed at the pre-submittal conference. *The value for this project is based on a financial range $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
