Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $ 980,040.00 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSSweet Home Fire & Ambulance District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Sweet Home Fire Station #23 Crawfordsville. SCOPE OF WORK The CM/GC shall provide the services described in the sample contract document, CM/GC Sample Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where basis for payment is the Cost of the Work plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, as well as the following: Shortlist Confirmed.
