The City of Sweet Home, Oregon (City), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in City Hall East Wing Renovation. To be considered, interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. The RFP will be used to select the Proposer to complete the services, which generally include, but are not limited to, the renovation of the East Wing of City Hall. Summary The City of Sweet Home is seeking proposals from qualified design-build firms to renovate the East Wing of City Hall for occupancy by the Community Services Consortium (CSC), a critical regional service provider. This project involves converting an unfinished section of the building into fully functional, ADA-compliant office and service space, including restrooms, kitchenette, HVAC, and other infrastructure improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for both the design and construction phases, with strong preference given to teams willing to supervise and integrate CSC workforce program participants into applicable parts of the project. The City anticipates construction will occur on the timeline outlined in the scope of work and is committed to selecting a partner that can deliver a high-quality, cost-effective solution aligned with community values. Deadline to Submit Questions February 27, 2026, 5:00 PM Cecily Pretty, the Administrative Services Director, will issue the Request for Proposals (RFP) document and will be the point of contact for the City for questions and protests concerning the RFP. Jason Ogden, Executive Department City Manager / Chief of Police will be the point of contact for the City for all questions and concerns regarding the services to be provided by the selected firm These questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing electronically via the Citys e-Procurement Portal (Portal) Question and Answer (Q&A) tab for this project.
