The proposed project includes the demolition of a two-story, 7,056 square-foot office building that served as Sweet Home's former City Hall, located at 1140 12th Avenue. The building was originally constructed in the late 1940s with an addition in 1996. The contractor is to provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor, and supervision necessary for the demolition work. Interested parties must submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined, including mandatory electronic submission and adherence to solicitation procedures. Hard copy proposals and late submissions will not be considered. The City may reject any proposal that does not comply with all prescribed procedures and requirements, or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part if it is in the City's best interest to do so.
