Fort Thomas Unified School District, #7 is in Graham County serving our K-12 Community. This Project, On-Call HVAC Maintenance, Services, Repair, and Installation, will be funded by District Maintenance and Operations funds, and some federal funds such as Forrest Fees or Impact Aide. Fort Thomas Unified School District, #7 is taking the lead on a Regional SAVE contract to include all of our neighboring districts. This will not be available state-wide. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, transportation, and all overhead burdens associated with the cost to perform preventative maintenance (PM), equipment repairs, equipment installation, startup services, and replacement parts for the HVAC units for Fort Thomas Unified School District and the surrounding districts through the purchasing cooperative, SAVE.
