Renovation of a municipal facility in Mahomet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish all labor and materials to remove and replace the roof at Lake of the Woods Pavilion in Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve The Owner has determined that the project will not be subject to State of Illinois sales tax. Thus, bidders shall not include said sales tax amounts in their bids. The Board of Commissioners of the Champaign County Forest Preserve District reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in the proposals or the proposal process, to accept any proposals which it deems most favorable, and to continue letting from time to time as deemed necessary.
