Renovation of a mixed-use development in Maumee, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project will consist of, but not limited to, the removal and replacement of three boilers for Maumee City Schools: (2) two boilers at Fort Miami Elementary School and (1) one boiler at Maumee High School. Scope includes disconnection and removal of existing boilers and related equipment, complete installation of new boilers and related equipment, and all testing, start-up, training and warranties as specified to ensure proper operation of the complete systems. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for detaching and resetting/replacing of existing building components necessary for removal and replacement of all specified equipment. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. A single contract will be issued for all work.
