**As of December 19, 2024, This project has been awarded to Buck Pavement Restoration , with the awarded amount of $48,759.20.** Work consists of asphalt maintenance work including: crack repair, pavement sealing, striping and other related work on various of roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths as indicated in the plans. All work shall be as described by the contract drawings and bid documents. Bidders shall provide a lump sum price to complete the work specified at each location identified in the plans. Areas with larger amounts of dirt, stones and debris shall be swept up in piles and removed and not simply blown onto adjacent areas and properties. The contractor must take action to preserve any adjacent buildings, structures and vehicles from any damage during the project. The contractor shall keep dust to a minimum and not use blowers or spray when winds are excessive. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4115.03 et seq., the Project requires all contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages as defined under Ohio law.
