Site work and outdoor lighting for an educational facility in Maumee, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.
Project scope of work includes the lighting replacement of the existing Maumee Performing Arts Center located in Maumee High School. The project will consist of the replacement of the existing theater lighting, controls, and associated electrical for the Owner (Maumee City Schools), all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Total estimated project budget including alternate is: $425,500.00 Bids shall be received on the Form of Bid Proposal furnished. No other form will be accepted. Maumee City Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals. The Maumee Board of Education shall issue one prime contract for the described work. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after bid opening. ***Document Notes: CONTRACTORS may obtain Electronic (PDF) format Bid Documents upon emailed requests to project contact at Thomas Porter Architects. Hardcopy sets of Bid Documents may also be obtained for a $20.00 printing fee, shipping charges collect. (payable to Thomas Porter Architects)
