Metroparks Toledo is seeking competitive sealed bids ("Bids") from qualified and licensed providers who specialize in backflow prevention devices at buildings and facilities. The awarded Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor for preventative maintenance services and some or all repairs, as needed, on designated backflow prevention devices. The term of the Contract will be for one (1) year, fixed pricing, with an option for an additional two (2) - one (1) year renewals based on mutual consent with both parties. Contractor must use fully licensed staff for each specific piece of equipment that the work is being performed on.
