Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Metroparks Toledo) may contract for professional services during 2024, 2025, and 2026 on various capital and major maintenance projects initiated by staff and approved by the Board of Park Commissioners. In accordance with ORC 153.65(D) and 153.68, Metroparks Toledo utilizes a quality-based method of evaluation during consultant selection. Any person or firm engaged in the practice of architecture, engineering, surveying and registered as a licensed professional in Ohio, interested in furnishing professional services, must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically /bids by following the Current Opportunities link. SOQ's must be received by Friday, May 3, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. to be considered. Other Details The SOQs will be used to pre-qualify firms for professional services and may be used to award contracts in accordance with ORC 153.71. Firms will be categorized according to their qualifications. Interested firms should include a cover letter indicating which of the following categories for which they wish to be evaluated: All ODOT pre-qualification categories, Storm Drainage Design, Waterline & Sanitary Sewer Design, Civil Site Design, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying.
