Ms. Flavie Robitaille Clerk and Assistant Director General frobitaille@lepiphanie.ca It is understood that any information given or communicated by a representative or an employee of the City or EFEL Experts conseil cannot be used to interpret the call for tenders documents, the plans and specifications, or to supplement them. Requirements The contract should be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder at the April municipal council meeting. Consequently, the order to start the work will be issued as soon as the thaw is over. All questions or written requests must be sent no later to the person responsible for the above-mentioned call for tenders in order to allow him to respond to all requests by the deadline before the opening of the tenders. Any request received after this deadline will not be considered.
