All inquiries regarding this proposal shall be submitted via the County online procurement Portal Greenville County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace the metal barn roof at Riverbend Equestrian Park. Riverbend Equestrian Park is located at 175 River Bend Rd, Greenville, SC 29617. The 7,500 square foot barn building built in the 1990's has a gable roof that houses an office and boarded horses. The Metal Roof Replacement project includes removal and replacement of the existing 5V Galvalume roof panels and skylights (translucent panels), gutters, downspouts, metal to cover the fascia wood and any necessary wood replacement. The County desires the work to be completed as soon as possible after project begins to limit the duration of time to relocate the horses - evening and weekend work allowed. Dimensions of the barn building are approximately 45' W x 165' L Scope of Work Vendor shall: A. Remove all existing gutters and downspouts. B. Repair fascia wood as needed. C. Remove existing 5V roof panels, skylights, and all fasteners. D. Install new 36" wide Galvalume panels and all new fasteners. E. Install new ridge cap and ridge cap closures. F. Install new gutters and downspouts. G. Shop fabricate and install new 24-gauge Kynar fascia metal. H. Replace existing skylights with new integrated translucent roof panels.
