**As of April 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Martin Construction Inc., with an awarded amount of $855,540.20.** Description: The project involves constructing the final cap for Phase A.2 and Phase B of Cells 1-4 at the City of Williston Landfill, covering approximately 155,000 square feet. The scope of work includes reworking approximately 2,600 cubic yards of existing intermediate cover, excavating source material, constructing an 18-inch compacted clay liner, and placing an additional 12 inches of uncompacted clay and 6 inches of SPGM. The project will also include the regrading drainage for the shop site. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for construction.
