Renovation of a museum in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Notice is hereby given to bid on a Mechanical Contract for construction of the fire suppression at Fort Buford in Williston, North Dakota as described in the Contract Documents as prepared by Prairie Engineering, P.C., Minot, North Dakota, Engineer. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Mechanical work will consist of replacing the fire suppression storage tank and fire pumps. The Owner will receive sealed Bids, in duplicate, until Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at 2:00 PM (CDT) in the conference room at Prairie Engineering in Minot, North Dakota. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud over Teams. Virtual invites are available per request.
