Cleveland County is looking for a Contractor to remodel the breakroom in the County Clerk's Office. The County Clerk will supply the door and drawer handles for the contractor to install. Location: 201 S. Jones suite 210, Norman, OK. A.) Demo: 1. Disconnect the sink and dishwasher 2. Remove the existing cabinets and countertops B.) Cabinet Doors/Drawers Fronts/Linen Closet: 1. Furnish and install all new upper and lower cabinets 2. 24' of upper and 24' of lower 3. New cabinets will be built per design of drawing 4. Cabinets to be oak 5. Shaker style 6. Soft-Close hinges and drawers 7. Furnish and install 5' wide x 8' tall linen closet with doors and adjustable shelves C.) Stain: 1. Prep the new cabinets, doors and drawers 2. Stain 1 color, owner to choose 3. Seal Cabinets, doors and drawers D.) Countertops/Back Splash: 1. Furnish and install new Quartz Countertop, owner to choose color 2. Furnish and install 135" x 24" Quartz Countertop at west windows, secure properly 3. Furnish and install subway tile to backsplash, at the breakroom. E.) Hardware: 1. The owner will supply door and drawer handles, contractor to install F.) Plumbing: 1. Furnish and install a new under mount county style (deep) sink plus Disposal (can use current disposal if fits) Budget is $500.00 2. Furnish and install new faucet. Budget $250.00 3. Attorneys-in-Fact who sign bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of an Attorney. Performance Bond equal to the total amount of the bid. Labor and Materials Payment Bond equal to the total amount of bid.
