Renovation of a recreation facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
As of April 11, 2025 project was awarded to All Media Integration in the amount $269,757.71 New Audio Video Solution for the Exhibit Hall at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds, 515 E. Robinson Street, Norman, OK. The Project will include installation, training, technical support, equipment wiring and any other items required to complete the work. The Project is an ARPA eligible project. If you have any questions regarding the bid specifications, etc., contact Brian Wint, Project Manager at (405)366-0699. If you have any questions regarding the bid deadline, etc., contact Keri Lyles, Purchasing Agent at (405)366- 0224. All bidders require a Bid Bond (Surety Bond) or Cashier's Check for five percent (5%) of the Contractor's bid. The Surety on such bods shall be a surety company satisfactory to Cleveland County. Costs of such bods and insurance are to be included in the bid price quoted. Attorneys-in-Fact who sign bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of an Attorney. Performance Bond equal to the total amount of the bid. Labor and Materials Payment Bond equal to the total amount of bid. Cleveland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the bid to other than the low proposal, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make award in the manner as determined to be in the Clerk's best interest and its sole discretion.
