The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of Unwin Outdoor Pool Remediation located at 13313 68 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia. The general components of the Work include: Removal and replacement of pool deck concrete and added curb Disposal of removed concrete. Replacement of pool deck drain bodies. Excavation of ground material beneath the concrete to expose for plumbing repair. Repair or replacement of any leaking pool supply lines using like-for-like materials. Backfill the excavated area with materials specified in the City of Surrey's geotechnical report. Award amount was not released for publication.
