Renovation of a museum in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the Surrey Museum Envelope Upgrades and Repair, located at 17710 56a Ave, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: Various wall-to-roof interface repairs and upgrades including but not limited to modification to flutes, roof expansion joint leak repairs, and installation of polyurethane foam insulation. Installation of concrete faced insulated panels. Installation of new roof access service door and stair. Miscellaneous other repair and maintenance items. Award amount was not released for publication.
