Walt Disney Elementary Abatement & Demolition The Work in this project includes abatement and demolition of the existing Walt Disney Elementary Building, inclusive of but not limited to job site fencing, tree protection, cutting, and capping of utilities, containment, abatement, demolition disposal, and complete haul-off. The school is located at 5000 Mustang Rd., Alvin, TX, 77511. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis. The total project budget is approximately $300,000.00 The District will receive, publicly open, and read aloud the names and proposal amounts of all Competitive Sealed Proposals. After the date of opening the Competitive Sealed Proposals, the District will evaluate and rank each submission in relation to the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals. The final selection of a Contractor for this project will be based on a combined evaluation of qualifications and cost of services to determine the best value to the District. The District reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Consultant, and their respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any proposal; waiver of any requirements under the Proposal Request and Qualification Submittal; and acceptance or rejection of any proposals; and award of the Contract.
