Renovation of a swimming pool in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Modifications to the elevator at the Lawrence Indoor Aquatic Center located at 4706 Overland Drive Lawrence, KS 66049. Please Note: This is a REBID of Bid No. 2400050. City Bid No. B2500035 Architects Project 024010 All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is April 30, 2025 at Noon (12:00pm) Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected.
