Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be done under this contract includes: (Base Bid) Pavement Reconstruction at 5 Alley sites including, but not limited to approximately 1,776 CY of Unclassified Excavation, 4,507 SY of AB-3, and 4,535 SY of 8" Concrete Pavement (5k). Contract may also include an Add Alternate No. 1 to include Pavement Reconstruction at 1 Add Alternate Alley site including, but not limited to approximately 387 CY of Unclassified Excavation, 892 SY of AB-3, and 877 SY of 8" Concrete Pavement (5k). The questions deadline is Friday March 21, 2025 - Noon Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line.
