Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A Pre-bid meeting will not be held for this Project. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The work to be done under this contract includes: Pavement maintenance at 6 locations including, but not limited to approximately 33,580 SY of Milling, and 1,886 SY of 6" and 8" Concrete Pavement (5k), 319 SY of 10" NRDJ Concrete Pavement (5k), 1,048 SY of Sidewalks and Sidewalk Ramps, 8,614 L.F. of Concrete Curb and Gutter, and 5,131 Tons of Asphalt Surfacing. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is Friday April 11, 2025 - Noon Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid.
