Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be done under this contract includes: Select curb and gutter replacement locations, replacement of select sidewalks and sidewalks ramps, concrete pavement patching, partial depth/full depth asphalt pavement patching along with a 2" mill and overlay and pavement markings The project includes, but is not limited to the following approximate quantities of work: 46,660 S.Y. of Milling, 7,310 Tons of Asphalt Surface Course (2"), 1,243 Tons of Asphalt leveling Course, 8,231 L.F. of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 3,803 S.Y. of Concrete Pavement, 276 S.Y. of Concrete Sidewalks (4" & 6"), 1,207 S.F. ADA Sidewalk Ramps, 131 pavement markings symbols, and 26,016 L.F. of Pavement Marking. The Pre-bid meeting will not be help for this project.
