Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. The work to be done under this contract includes: Mill and overlay, microsurfacing, and pavement patching across the City of Lawrence. The project also includes sidewalk ramps and minimal concrete pavement replacements. The project includes, but is not limited to the following approximate quantities of work: 41,253 SY of milling, 5,775 tons of asphalt surface course (2"), 145,257' SY of microsurfacing, 4,165 LF of curb and gutter, 1,437 SY of concrete pavement, 1,097 SY of sidewalk, and 4,953 SF of sidewalk ramps. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is Friday April 11, 2025 -Noon Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid.
