Provide all labor, material, equipment, permits and supervision required to furnish and install access control and security lock down at Homewood Brushton Center in accordance with specification, terms and conditions contained herein. For questions, contact Mike Cvetic, Director of Purchasing, at mcvetic@ccac.edu no later than Friday, March 14. CCAC's goal for MBE/WBE participation is 20% (13% MBE and 7% WBE/DBE). Bid Bond: 10% of total base bid amount (Submit with Bid). Bid must include the required bid bond or certified check, which will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder approximately 45 days after the bid due date Performance Bond: 100% of total contract amount (Awardee Only) Payment Bond: 100% of total contract amount (Awardee Only) The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive minor discrepancies in the bids or specifications, when in the best interest of the College. The College may purchase any part, all, or none of the materials specified. Estimate Range: $40k to 60k. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
